Bernadette M. Horvat

Bernadette Horvat oversees human resource programs and initiatives for the Foundation. Her work focuses on the professional development and well-being of the Foundation’s staff, with a particular emphasis on bringing creativity and excellence into their work experience.

Prior to joining the Foundation, she held tactical and strategic human resource responsibilities for private and family-owned companies in various industries, including media, healthcare, and manufacturing. Horvat received her bachelor of science degree in business administration, with an emphasis in human resource management, from Susquehanna University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
